So, here I am, all settled in University! ParakeetintheWind convinced me to get a Tumblr blog and it has been taking up far more of my time than it should.

That'd be awesome! I'm not in a crew right now, so it's harder to get just, basic human contact, you know?
4) Do you have any bad habits?
You might say… stalking? Some Runners don't appreciate my methods. *laughs* Just pushing your buttons! I only take snaps of scenes I happen to come across. If I happen to find some Roadrats in a compromising position, well… it's a free desert. *chuckles* Oh, and someone from pre-BLI might think of it as a bad habit, but nowadays, taking questionable zone drugs and booze is just another way to colour up the world and flip off the city.
5) What is your favourite food?
I miss fresh fruit, especially pears. And that fancy bullshit coffee. Low fat, extra chocolate, double shot, cinnamon mocha. And burgers.
6) What is your favourite ice-cream flavour?
Do you know who I would ghost for some ice cream?! That shit was shiny! Especially chocolate, or fruit sorbet.

Seriously?! *snickers* I can't think of anyone out here that is! Except for the Killjoy's motorbaby. Even if she was old enough, I don't think anyone would want to find themselves staring down the barrel of one of the boys' blasters.

Dracs man, so many Dracs. Almost ghosted an exterminator once too!

BLI and everyone that supports their values.

Not really. No secret children or anything. *grins* And no one really thinks of the past. Coming out here and getting off the company drugs is a full, fucking phoenix-style rebirth, you know?

There's not much difference nowadays, but in winter the days are a little cooler, so, winter.
12) Who is your best friend(s)?
The girls from my old gang, I guess, though I haven't seen them in a long time. I'm pretty cool with the Killjoys, but not tight. And I'm on good terms with Dr. D and Show Pony. Us media moguls gotta stick together, you know?

13) What are your hobbies?
Taking pics, making the mag, riding the sand. Oh, and ghosting Dracs, but I thinks that's universal. You learn real quick to never look under the masks.

I miss fruit sodas and my fancy-ass coffee, but nowadays, you can't beat good ole water.
15) When is your birthday?
I don't remember the date from before, but I finished detoxing off the BLI drugs and became Snow Angel on February 30th.

Nice, I guess. I've never bashed another runner or deliberately tried to get them killed, so, yeah.

I'm pretty social at parties and shows, but otherwise, I'm a bit of a hermit.

Sadly, I don't remember much about them. I didn't see them much after I grew up and detoxing off the city does a number on your long-term memory. But I do remember feeling love and happiness, so I guess they were good.
20) What's your weakness?
Susceptible to laser fire I guess. But then, isn't everyone? Oh, and the mag. If Dracs raided the press I don't know what I'd do.
21) How long can you stay under water?
Don't know. Haven't had a chance to test it.
22) What do you do on a regular day basis?
Drive around looking for supplies and taking pics for the mag.

Not right now, but it would be great to have someone special to have your back and hold you through a sandstorm, you know?

Honestly, don't remember. You steel-up pretty fast out here.

Mad Gear and Missile Kid! Their shit is legit.

Haven't lately, as they're super impractical. But I did when I lived in the city.

Ghosting things, going on drives, going to swap meets and working on or delivering the mag.

A member of the Killjoys. They are the fucking superheroes out here, you know?

I really liked all the superhero movies from before. Haven't seen anything but BLI propaganda vids in years, though.

The Zones' number one investigative reporter! Creator and distributor of Runner magazine.

Buzzed wave-heads can be a real pain in the ass sometimes. And Party when I run into him in a particularly "sassy" mood.

Wow, it's been a year and a half since I wrote one of these! So much has happened since then, including a trip to Edinburgh, Scotland to perform Margret Atwood's The Penelopiad (which we rocked, of course) and a trip to Washington DC and New York City to attend the Global Young Leaders Conference 2011 (I miss you, UK group!!).
I have also graduated (finally! and with full honours, no less
) and will be moving over a province into a UBC Vancouver dorm in exactly 34 days. The baby brother (who isn't really a baby anymore 
) will be filling the empty space at my beloved high school and going on his own Edinburgh drama adventure next summer.

006. Junior High School → Good times. The beginning of my art school career so the first time I felt like I really belonged. Not super popular, but well known. I had a few good friends and (almost) everyone else was a friendly acquaintance. Also where I met the besty.
007. High School → BEST TIME OF MY LIFE! Felt like part of three big, loving families (drama, band and Art Centred Learning) and I will miss them all so much!

Ama-ebi, a sweet shrimp served raw (or live if I can get my hands on it

A White Cowboy. Grapefruit soda, salt, lime juice and tequila silver. Black Cowboys are good too, just use cola instead of the grapefruit soda. I prefer it White myself since the fruit soda is more refreshing than cola.

I have a bit of a fan-girl crush on my boss, General Rivan. On a more realistic note, I have come to terms (for lack of a better phrase) with my feelings for Sidajan Volkoji, a snake demon that I work with. Thinking about it, I acted like a schoolboy up till now, tormenting him as a way to express my misunderstood feelings *rubs head, embarrassed*
6. Aww! Have you two kissed yet?
Actually, we just shared our first kiss!!!!!! I have discovered that he's a really good kisser

It's a tossup between silver and black. Red and blue are up there as well.

Dying in battle. I love sparring with my unit-mates, but the thought of feeling someone else's magical weapon stabbing my organs, or burning alive or being buried alive is just… you know…ugh *shudder*.
9. Any siblings?
I have a younger brother and an older sister. He's in the Army Academy and she does desk work at a large cosmetic company.

I guess that my hero would have to be General Rivan (like I said, fan-girl crush).

I don't have a personal enemy, so as a member of the Army I'll have to say Fall, the leader of the Resistance. 12. What would you do if your hero and your worst enemy got together?
I would be torn between laughing and throwing up. By the way, I have a friend in the unit who writes stories about ANYONE as a romantic couple. Never let her see this interview. Ever.

I would probably give her some tips on guys. It's hard to believe from what she writes, but the poor girl can't flirt to save her soul

When I was younger, I wanted to be a singer, actor or the Dark Liege (the demon child equivalent of wanting to be a princess).

When I was little, I once dreamt that I was eaten alive. Not fun.

I want to get as high up as I possibly can in the Army. I know it's impossible, but becoming the Dark Liege would be still be sweet. I would love to be referred to as "Your Infernal Majesty"!

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape.
He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:
Knowing when to come in out of the rain
Why the early bird gets the worm
Life isn't always fair,
and maybe it was my fault. Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge).
His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place.
Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition. Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children.
He declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer sun lotion or an Aspirin to a student, but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.
Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses and criminals received better treatment than their victims. Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home without the burglar suing you for assault.
Common Sense finally gave up the will to live after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot, spilled a little in her lap and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.
Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents Truth and Trust, by his wife Discretion, his daughter Responsibility, and his son Reason. He is survived by his 4 stepbrothers: I Know My Rights; I Want It Now; Someone Else Is To Blame; and I'm A Victim.
Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone.
